Welcome to our website (the "Platform"). The Platform provides a free resource directory and a business lead generation directory (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Scope of Services & No Endorsement
Directory Purpose: The Platform serves solely as an information broker and a resource directory connecting users with third-party businesses.
No Vetting or Guarantee: While the Platform may verify certain criteria (such as business ratings, trade organization standings, or public customer reviews) at the initial time a business registers or joins our affiliate network, the Platform does not continuously monitor, audit, or guarantee the ongoing performance, reliability, legality, or "trustworthiness" of any listed third-party business.
Affiliate Disclosure: Some listings on this Platform are populated via marketing affiliate agreements. The Platform receives financial compensation or lead generation fees from certain third-party businesses for referrals or clicks.
2. Information Accuracy & Static Vetting Disclaimer
Time-Bound Data: Any badge, verification status, or statement of "trustworthiness" reflects data captured at a static point in time (e.g., at the signing of an affiliate agreement). The Platform makes no warranty that this information is accurate, complete, or up-to-date at the moment you engage with a third-party business.
Independent Due Diligence: You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to conduct your own due diligence, background checks, and verification before entering into any financial transactions or contractual agreements with a business listed on our Platform.
3. Absolute Limitation of Liability
No Liability for Third-Party Harm: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, its parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial loss, property damage, personal injury, or fraud resulting from your interaction, engagement, or contract with any third-party business found through our directories.
"As-Is" Basis: All directory content, tools, and lead generation functions are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
4. Permitted Use & User Leads
Lead Submission: By submitting your contact information through a lead generation form on the Platform, you expressly consent to have your details forwarded to the relevant third-party business to fulfill your request.
Prohibited Conduct: Users may not scrape data from the directory, use automated bots to harvest listings, or submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information through lead generation forms.
5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
User-Business Disputes: Any dispute arising between a User and a third-party business listed on the Platform must be resolved directly between those parties. The Platform will not mediate, arbitrate, or be named as a party to any such dispute.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Changes to Terms
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
